Vaccinations protect your pet from several highly contagious diseases such as canine distemper, parvovirus infection and respiratory tract infections. It also protects against transmissible diseases such as rabies that also pose a risk to humans.

Animals adopted from Saving Tails Animal Rescue receive all age appropriate core vaccines in addition to Bordetella, Lepto and Lyme. Animals are tested for heart worm and kept on monthly preventative medication against parasites including worms, fleas and ticks. Animals are all microchipped and spayed or neutered if old enough.

Keeping your animal healthy and up to date on vaccinations prevents costly  and painful illnesses and treatments that often have lasting effects if not deadly.
